Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery

• Orders are dispatched from the UK.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
• Delivery is made by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Delivery usually takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, although Royal Mail delivery times are not guaranteed.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Cost

Standard delivery is £3.95 per order.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage may apply.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will check the delivery status with Royal Mail and assist you with the next steps.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

UK Delivery Only

At present, we only deliver within the UK. We do not currently offer international shipping.
